PPS Law definition
PPS Law means the PPSA and any amendment made at any time to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or any other legislation as a consequence of the PPSA.
PPS Law means (a) the PPSA, (b) any regulation or subordinated legislation made under or corresponding to the PPSA, and (c) any amendments made at any time to any other legislation, regulation or subordinated legislation as a consequence of the PPSA or any regulation or subordinated legislation made under or corresponding to the PPSA.
PPS Law means (a) the PPSA (Australia) and any regulation made at any time under the PPSA (Australia), including the PPS Regulations (each as amended from time to time) and (b) any amendment made at any time to any other legislation as a consequence of a law or regulation referred to in paragraph (a).

You must do everything necessary on your part to ensure that section 275(6)(a) of the PPS Law continues to apply.

More Definitions of PPS Law
PPS Law means the PPSA together with any subsidiary legislation or regulations made under the PPSA and any amendment to a PPS Law from time to time;
PPS Law means:
(i) the PPS Act;
(ii) regulations made from time to time under the PPS Act; and
(iii) any amendment made to any other legislation as a consequence of the PPS Act, including, without limitation, amendments to the Corporations Xxx 0000; and
PPS Law means the PPS Act, and other associated legislation and regulations, as amended from time to time.

PPS Law means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
