Delivery of a signed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile, electronic mail (including pdf or any electronic signature complying with U.S. federal ESIGN Act of 2000, Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, Electronic Transactions Act (As Revised) of the Cayman Islands or other applicable law) or other transmission method and any counterpart so delivered will be deemed to have been duly and validly delivered and valid and effective for all purposes.
This Agreement, the other Transaction Documents, and any amendments hereto are intended to be valid, binding, and enforceable in accordance with their terms under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as codified in 6 Del.
