Pre-Funding Period definition

Pre-Funding Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the earliest of (a) the date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account is less than $10,000, (b) the Funding Termination Date or (c) the date on which an Event of Termination occurs.
Pre-Funding Period. The period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (i) the close of business on December 24, 2005 and (ii) the date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Accounts is less than $10,000.
Pre-Funding Period. The period commencing on the Startup Date and ending on the earliest to occur of (i) the date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account (exclusive of any investment earnings) is less than $100,000, (ii) the date on which any Servicer Default occurs and (iii) December 27, 1996.
