Pre-Job Conference definition

Pre-Job Conference means the meeting described in Article 8.

  • The purpose of the Pre-Job Conference shall be to define those matters outlined in the Pre-Job Conference Report which is attached to this Agreement as Addendum B, but not including the changing of any of the conditions of this Agreement nor any interpretation of any of its clauses; it being agreed that any interpretation of this Agreement shall be made between the prime parties hereto so that proper application thereof may be made on the job.

  • In the event a Pre-Job Conference is not held within two (2) weeks after a written request to the Individual Employer from the Union, Section 18.03.00 shall not be in effect until such Pre-Job Conference is held.

  • If the Individual Employer conducts a Pre-Job Conference with any other basic craft for a job or project of less than $3,000,000, it will notify the Union and the Union may participate in the Pre-Job Conference.

  • It is understood that there are various types and sizes of moles and mining machines which may necessitate increasing or decreasing the crew size, in which event the Individual Employer and the Union shall agree at the Pre-Job Conference upon the crew size to perform the operation and repair of said equipment.

  • Job Conference shall be reduced to writing in a Pre-Job Conference Report and signed by the Individual Employer or Employer and the Union.

  • Employees in this situation, who provide their own transportation, will receive a daily travel allowance determined in the Pre-Job Conference.

  • The Contractor employee who attends the Pre-Job Conference will be deemed by the City to be the Contractor Representative for the contract/project.

  • It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to review the list and advise within 24 hours of the Pre-Job Conference if modifications to the material list are required.

  • For continuous and harmonious labour relations, the Employer agrees that in the event a Pre-Job Conference or Xxxx-Up Meeting is arranged, the appropriate Local Union shall be notified prior to the Conference.

  • Where camps are provided in remote areas devoid of normal banking facilities, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to provide cheque cashing facilities, it being understood that where it is impracticable to do so, suitable substitute provisions shall be agreed at the Pre-Job Conference.

  • Prehearing conference means a proceeding scheduled and conduc- ted by a hearing officer to address issues in preparation for a formal administrative hearing.

  • Conference means all activities associated with any functions, room rentals, and/or meals on the dates indicated, that are the subject of this Agreement, as described on the Standard Agreement Coversheet form.

  • Conference center means a facility that:

  • Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.

  • Conference bridging service means an ancillary service that links two or more participants of an audio or video conference call and may include the provision of a telephone number. Conference bridging service does not include the telecommunications services used to reach the conference bridge.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Functional behavioral assessment means an individualized assessment of the student that results in a team hypothesis about the function of a student’s behavior and, as appropriate, recommendations for a behavior intervention plan.

  • Canadian Audio Conferencing For Audio Conferencing Dial Out and Toll Free Meet-Me Access (1) originating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in Canada, and (2) originating in Canada and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Conference of the Parties means the Conference of the Parties to the Convention;

  • Treatment team means the group of individuals who formulate, assess, monitor and revise, as needed, the child's service plan. The treatment team shall include, but is not limited to:

  • Public safety answering point (PSAP) means a 24-hour, state, local, or contracted communications facility, which has been designated by the local service board to receive 911 service calls and dispatch emergency response services in accordance with the E911 service plan.

  • Public safety answering point or “PSAP” means an answering location for 911 calls originating in a given area. The E911 Customer may designate a PSAP as primary or secondary, which refers to the order in which calls are directed for answering. Primary PSAPs answer calls; secondary PSAPs receive calls on a transfer basis. PSAPs are public safety agencies such as police, fire, emergency medical, etc., or a common bureau serving a group of such entities.

  • Conferencing Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 30% for the following Conferencing Services: US Dial Out International Audio Conferencing. The current standard rates in the Guide (which includes both transport and bridging) for domestically bridged International Dial-Out Audio Conferencing, International Audio Conferencing (dial out from a US bridge).

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • JPC means Joint Planning Committee.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Professional Conduct Committee means the professional conduct committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(2)(b);
