Preclinical Plan definition

Preclinical Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).
Preclinical Plan means, on a Nominated Program-by-Nominated Program basis, a plan describing preclinical research activities (i) for a Vividion Program from the date a program is a Nominated Program until delivery of the CCS Data Package and (ii) for a Vividion PoC Program from the date that CCS is reached until Completion of the GLP Tox Study. The Preclinical Plan for activities described in (ii) shall also include a budget for such activities.
Preclinical Plan means that written plan for the Preclinical Program, as may be amended from time to time, prepared by one or both of the Parties.

Examples of Preclinical Plan in a sentence

  • For clarity, CytomX shall supply sufficient quantities of Compounds for both Parties to perform their responsibilities through the completion of Section 9a of the initial Preclinical Plan set forth on Exhibit E for each Product, and thereafter as mutually agreed by the Parties.

  • The initial Preclinical Plan that has been agreed to by the Parties as of the Execution Date is attached as Exhibit E.

  • The purpose of the Preclinical Plan is to detail the responsibilities and activities of CytomX and BMS with respect to carrying out the Preclinical Development Program.

  • The Preclinical Plan will include a description of the specific activities to be performed by CytomX in support of the Preclinical Development Program, the number of qualified CytomX FTEs to perform the activities in support of the Preclinical Development Program, projected timelines for completion of such activities and, as applicable, provisions for the supply of Compound by CytomX to BMS.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any BMS Patent Covers a Probody incorporating a Mask or Substrate that was modified pursuant to the Preclinical Plan or BMS’ rights under Section 7.1(d), then, for the purpose of the last paragraph of Section 8.5(b) and the calculation of the Royalty Term under this Section 8.5(f), such BMS Patent will be deemed a Product Specific Patent.

  • The order of precedence shall be the addendums and amendments to the MCPA, the MCPA Agreement, Member Institution subcontract addendums and amendments and Member Institution subcontracts.

  • The JRC will be responsible for (i) the overall management of the Preclinical Development Program, and for approving changes and updates to the Preclinical Plan, (ii) the monitoring, reviewing and recording of the progress of the Preclinical Development Program, (iii) setting, and monitoring the spending against the Budget for Preclinical Development Program Costs, as set forth in the Preclinical Plan, and (iv) facilitating the prosecution of the Product Specific Patents in accordance with Article 9 below.

  • Except as provided in the Preclinical Plan or as may be specifically permitted by the JRC, CytomX shall not (sub)contract any of the work for which it is responsible in the performance of the Preclinical Development Program.

  • In accordance with the Preclinical Plan, CytomX will develop and optimize Masks, Substrates and Compounds, and will deliver such Masks, Substrates and Compounds to BMS.

Related to Preclinical Plan

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, as applicable.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Phase IIb Clinical Trial means a clinical trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of patients that is designed to provide a preliminary determination of safety and efficacy of such Product in the target patient population over a range of doses and dose regimens.

  • Phase III Clinical Trials means a Clinical Trial for the Product on sufficient numbers of patients to generate safety and efficacy data to support Regulatory Approval in the proposed therapeutic indication, conducted in accordance with current good clinical practices and in accordance with a protocol that has been reviewed by the FDA and reflects any comments or concerns raised by the same.

  • Phase III Clinical Study means a trial involving administration of a Compound to sufficient numbers of human patients with the goal of establishing that the Compound is safe and efficacious for its intended use, to define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the drug or label expansion of such Compound, and to be considered as a pivotal study for submission of an NDA.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges or an indication of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b), or an equivalent clinical trial in a country in the Territory other than the United States.

  • Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).

  • Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Clinical laboratory means a facility for the microbiological, serological, chemical, hematological, radiobioassay, cytological, immunohematological, pathological, or other examination of materials derived from the human body for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease or assessment of a medical condition.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product conducted after Regulatory Approval of such Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, which trial is (a) conducted voluntarily by a Party to enhance marketing or scientific knowledge of the Product, or (b) conducted due to a request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial that is intended to initially evaluate the safety and/or pharmacological effect of a Product in subjects or that would otherwise satisfy requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a), or its foreign equivalent.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of normal volunteers and/or patients that is designed to establish that such Product is safe for its intended use and to support its continued testing in Phase 2 Clinical Trials. For purposes of this Agreement, ‘initiation’ of a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a Product means the first dosing of such Product in a human subject in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial.

  • Clinical Trial means any human clinical trial of a Product.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
