Precomputed Advance definition

Precomputed Advance shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.04(a).
Precomputed Advance means the amount, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period, that the Servicer is required to advance on the related Precomputed Receivables pursuant to Section 5.04(a).
Precomputed Advance means an advance in respect of principal or interest on a Precomputed Receivable in the amount determined as set forth in Section 5.04(a).

Examples of Precomputed Advance in a sentence

  • With respect to each Precomputed Receivable, the Precomputed Advance shall increase Outstanding Precomputed Advances.

  • Subject to the provisions of the last sentence of this paragraph, the Servicer shall deposit an amount equal to such shortfall (each, a "Precomputed Advance") in the Collection Account on the Business Day immediately preceding the related Payment Date.

  • Next, the Servicer shall advance any remaining shortfall (such amount, a "Precomputed Advance"), to the extent that the Servicer, at its sole discretion, shall determine that the Precomputed Advance shall be recoverable from the Obligor, the Purchase Amount, Liquidation Proceeds or proceeds of any other Precomputed Receivables.

More Definitions of Precomputed Advance

Precomputed Advance means the amount, as of the last day of a Collection Period, which the Servicer is required to advance on the respective Precomputed Receivable pursuant to Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Related to Precomputed Advance

  • Precomputed Loan means any Loan under which the portion of a payment allocable to earned interest (which may be referred to in the related Loan as an add-on finance charge) and the portion allocable to principal are determined according to the sum of periodic balances, the sum of monthly payments or any equivalent method or are monthly actuarial loans.

  • PMI Advance As defined in the related Servicing Agreement, if applicable.

  • Simple Interest Loan means any Loan under which the portion of a payment allocable to interest and the portion allocable to principal is determined by allocating a fixed level payment between principal and interest, such that such payment is allocated first to the accrued and unpaid interest at the Annual Percentage Rate for such Loan on the unpaid principal balance and the remainder of such payment is allocable to principal.

  • Simple Interest Advance means, with respect to a Simple Interest Receivable, the amount, as of the last day of a Collection Period, which is advanced with respect to such Simple Interest Receivable by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.

  • RFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR.

  • Precomputed Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment allocable to earned interest (which may be referred to in the related contract as an add-on finance charge) and the portion allocable to the Amount Financed is determined according to the sum of periodic balances, the sum of monthly balances, the rule of 78's or any equivalent method.

  • LIBOR Interest Determination Date means the second LIBOR Business Day preceding each LIBOR Rate Reset Date.

  • Interest Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Committed Advance means an advance made by a Lender to a Borrower as part of a Committed Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Committed Advance, each of which is a “Type” of Committed Advance.

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.

  • Delinquency Advance As defined in Section 8.09(a) hereof.

  • Prepayment Rate means the bond equivalent yield (in the secondary market) on the United States Treasury Security that as of the Prepayment Rate Determination Date has a remaining term to maturity closest to, but not exceeding, the remaining term to the Maturity Date, as most recently published in the "Treasury Bonds, Notes and Bills" section in The Wall Street Journal as of the date of the related tender of the payment. If more than one issue of United States Treasury Securities has the remaining term to the Maturity Date referred to above, the "Prepayment Rate" shall be the yield on the United States Treasury Security most recently issued as of such date. If the publication of the Prepayment Rate in The Wall Street Journal is discontinued, Lender shall determine the Prepayment Rate on the basis of "Statistical Release H.15(519), Selected Interest Rates," or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or on the basis of such other publication or statistical guide as Lender may reasonably select. "PREPAYMENT RATE DETERMINATION DATE" shall mean the date which is five (5) Business Days prior to the prepayment date.

  • Subsequent Interest Period has the meaning specified in Section 307.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurocurrency Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.12, bears interest at the applicable Eurocurrency Rate.

  • Permitted Advance means an advance of funds by the Assuming Bank with respect to a Shared-Loss Loan, or the making of a legally binding commitment by the Assuming Bank to advance funds with respect to a Shared-Loss Loan, that (i) in the case of such an advance, is actually made, and, in the case of such a commitment, is made and all of the proceeds thereof actually advanced, within one (1) year after the Commencement Date, (ii) does not cause the sum of (A) the book value of such Shared-Loss Loan as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Assuming Bank after any such advance has been made by the Assuming Bank plus (B) the unfunded amount of any such commitment made by the Assuming Bank related thereto, to exceed 110% of the Book Value of such Shared-Loss Loan, (iii) is not made with respect to a Shared-Loss Loan with respect to which (A) there exists a related Shared-Loss Loan Commitment or (B) the Assuming Bank has taken a Charge-Off and (iv) is made in good faith, is supported at the time it is made by documentation in the Credit Files and conforms to and is in accordance with the applicable requirements set forth in Article III of this Commercial Shared- Loss Agreement and with the then effective written internal credit policy guidelines of the Assuming Bank; provided, that the limitations in subparagraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) of this definition shall not apply to any such action (other than to an advance or commitment related to the remediation, storage or final disposal of any hazardous or toxic substance, pollutant or contaminant) that is taken by Assuming Bank in its reasonable discretion to preserve or secure the value of the collateral for such Shared-Loss Loan.

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • U.S. Base Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars which bears interest at a rate based upon the U.S. Base Rate.

  • Term SOFR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Term SOFR Rate.

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.06(a)(ii).

  • Monthly Advance The portion of each Monthly Payment that is delinquent with respect to each Mortgage Loan at the close of business on the Determination Date required to be advanced by the Company pursuant to Section 5.03 on the Business Day immediately preceding the Remittance Date of the related month.

  • SOFR Advance means any Loan which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.10, bears interest at a rate based on Adjusted Term SOFR (other than a Floating Rate Advance as to which the interest rate is determined with reference to Adjusted Term SOFR or a SOFR Market Index Rate Advance).
