Predecessor Manager shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 25.05.
Successor Manager Any Independent Contractor as selected or retained by the Special Servicer, on behalf of the Trustee for the benefit of the Trust and the Companion Loan Holders, to serve as manager of a Foreclosed Property, which designation, as evidenced by written confirmation from each Rating Agency, shall not result in the downgrade, withdrawal or qualification of the ratings assigned to the Certificates by such Rating Agency.
Predecessor Company means an entity whose ownership, title and interest, including all rights, benefits, duties and liabilities were acquired in an uninterrupted chain of succession by the company.
Predecessor means an entity that is replaced by a successor and includes any predecessors of the predecessor.
Predecessor act means an act or part of an act repealed by this act, or an act or part of an act repealed by an act that this act repeals.
Predecessor Bond means, with respect to any particular Bond, every previous Bond evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Bond; and, for the purpose of this definition, any Bond authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Bond shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Bond.
Predecessor Servicer Work Product shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(c) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Predecessor Employer means the South Shore District Health Authority, South West Nova District Health Authority, Annapolis Valley District Health Authority, Colchester East Hants Health Authority, Cumberland Health Authority, Pictou County Health Authority, Guysborough Antigonish Strait Health Authority, Cape Breton District Health Authority and Capital District Health Authority.
Predecessor Notes of any particular Note means every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 306 in lieu of a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note.
Predecessor Securities of any particular Security means every previous Security evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Security; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Security authenticated and delivered under Section 3.06 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Security shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Security.
Predecessor Security of any particular Security means every previous Security evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Security; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Security authenticated and delivered under Section 306 in exchange for or in lieu of a mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Security shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Security.
Predecessor Note of any particular Note means every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of or in exchange for a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note that it replaces.
Affiliated Manager means any managing agent of the Property in which Borrower, Guarantor, Sponsor, any SPE Component Entity (if any) or any Affiliate of such entities has, directly or indirectly, any legal, beneficial or economic interest.
Predecessor Certificate means a Predecessor Corporate Units Certificate or a Predecessor Treasury Units Certificate.
Successor Master Servicer The meaning ascribed to such term pursuant to Section 8.02.
Associated Companies : means any agent with delegated authority under Section 20 of these Terms and Conditions.
Predecessor Entity means a legal entity the existence of which ceased upon its acquisition by the Corporation in a merger or otherwise; and
Affiliated Companies shall include any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.
Indirect supervision means the supervision of an unlicensed school staff member when the school nurse or other health care provider is not physically available on site but immediately available by telephone.
Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
Private employer means any person, company, corporation, labor organization or association which employs ten or more persons.
Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.
Successor manufacturer means a manufacturer that acquires, succeeds to, or assumes any part of the business of another manufacturer as the result of any of the following:
Affiliated Company means any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.
UCITS management company means a management company as defined in Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS)1;
Affiliated Entity means any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with an Insured.
Predecessor Plans means the Synaptics Incorporated Amended and Restated 2010 Incentive Compensation Plan and the Synaptics Incorporated Amended and Restated 2001 Incentive Compensation Plan, as amended.
