Predecessor Obligor has the meaning given to such term in Clause 25.18 (Internal Reorganisations).

  • The Predecessor Obligor, the Predecessor Guarantor and the New Parent Corporation have entered into an amendment and restatement dated as of October 3, 1997 of a Merger and Reorganization Agreement (which as so amended and restated is herein called the "Merger Agreement") and the New Parent Corporation has executed and filed in Delaware a certificate (the "Merger Certificate") to cause the occurrence of the merger specified in Part 2 of the Merger Agreement (herein called the "Merger").

  • Predecessor Debenture means every previous Debenture evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Debenture; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Debenture authenticated and delivered under Section 2.9 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture.

  • Predecessor Company means Crown Castle International Corp., a Delaware corporation, prior to the merger with Crown Castle REIT Inc., resulting in the Company.

  • Predecessor Note of any particular Note means every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of or in exchange for a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note that it replaces.

  • Predecessor Certificate means a Predecessor Corporate Units Certificate or a Predecessor Treasury Units Certificate.

  • Consumer obligor means an obligor who is an individual and who incurred the obligation as part of a transaction entered into primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Clearing Corporation Security means securities which are in the custody of or maintained on the books of a Clearing Corporation or a nominee subject to the control of a Clearing Corporation and, if they are Certificated Securities in registered form, properly endorsed to or registered in the name of the Clearing Corporation or such nominee.

  • Successor in Interest of Borrower means any party that has taken title to the Property, whether or not that party has assumed Borrower’s obligations under the Note and/or this Security Instrument.

  • Guarantor Security Agreement means any security agreement executed by any Guarantor in favor of Agent securing the Obligations or the Guaranty of such Guarantor, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent.

  • Successor Securities has the meaning specified in Section 9.5(a).

  • Note A-4 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-4 Securitization.
