Each Preference Unit Holder must promptly advise Aurizon Network which of the nominees it approves to be the Tax Expert.
The Preference Unit Holder may only issue a Tax Dispute Notice if it provides reasonable particulars (having regard to the nature and complexity of the circumstances resulting in or likely to result in an Extension Structure Tax Cost) of the action that the Preference Unit Holder proposes be taken in respect of the Extension Structure Tax Cost (Disputing Action).

If for any reason a Preference Unit Holder does not pay an amount payable under or in connection with this Deed on or before the due date for payment, then that Preference Unit Holder must pay interest to the Trustee in respect of that unpaid amount.
On or before the End Date, each Preference Unit Holder must deliver to the Trustee a Bank Guarantee for that Preference Unit Holder’s Initial Bank Guarantee Amount.
Business Associate shall complete such return or destruction as promptly as possible, but not later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of the termination, cancellation, expiration, or other conclusion of the contract or relationship.
