A Prescribed Notice is issued to the record company 10 working days after the production’s submission date.
A Prescribed Notice of Amendment will be provided at least thirty (30) days (or such other period as may be required by applicable law) before the change comes into effect, by posting a notice, sending a message to the email address (or other contact information we have for you at our discretion) and/or via any other means and/or any other contact information we have for you, in our sole discretion.
The Association must give to the persons listed in Article 12.3 not less than Prescribed Notice of a general meeting.
