Preferred Board Members definition

Preferred Board Members means two members of the board of directors of the Purchaser, which shall exclusively be appointed by the holder of a majority of the Series B Preferred Stock.
Preferred Board Members shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

Related to Preferred Board Members

  • Board Members means the Directors or Trustees of the governing body of the Fund, as the case may be.
