Preferred Card Value definition

Preferred Card Value is the amount specified in the 'Preferred Card Value' section of the Order Form and is calculated by adding together the Commitment Value and the Value of Bonus.

  • Company Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
