Any Dispute relating to the IT Transition, the ATLAS Development Projects, the Preferred Stock Period or exclusivity or marketing rights under the Joint Marketing Agreement (each, an “Arbitrable Matter”) shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with this Section 7.3(c).
