Amended and Restated Charter definition

Amended and Restated Charter means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Bridger, dated as of January 24, 2023.
Amended and Restated Charter means the amended and restated certificate of incorporation of the Company, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.
Amended and Restated Charter has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).

Amended and Restated Charter means the bylaws (estatutos sociales) to be adopted by the combined company in connection with the Closing, attached to this proxy statement/prospectus as Annex E.
