Prefunded Aircraft definition

Prefunded Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.
Prefunded Aircraft. Means the six Aircraft which are expected to be sold to the Owner Trustee during the period from October 1997 to May 1998.
Prefunded Aircraft means each New Aircraft (or any Substitute Aircraft financed in lieu of an Eligible Aircraft pursuant to Section 1(h) of the Note Purchase Agreement) and, collectively, the New Aircraft (and, if applicable, the Substitute Aircraft financed in lieu of Eligible Aircraft pursuant to Section 1(h) of the Note Purchase Agreement, if any); provided that, to the extent any Substitute Aircraft is financed in lieu of an Eligible Aircraft pursuant to Section 1(h) of the Note Purchase Agreement, the number of the New Aircraft shall be reduced by the aggregate number of the Substitute Aircraft so financed.

  • large aircraft means an aircraft, classified as an aeroplane with a maximum take-off mass of more than 5 700 kg, or a multi-engined helicopter;

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.
