The Franchisee shall place upon all letter headings, bills, invoices and all other documents and literature used in connection with the Franchisee's Business in such manner and place as the Franchisor may direct the following words (or such other words to similar effect as may from time to time be specified by the Franchisor): "a Premier Sport Franchise owned and operated under Licence by" followed by the name of the Franchisee.
