Premium Rate Service definition
Premium Rate Service means a service falling within section 120(7) of the Communications Act;
Premium Rate Service means any service comprising live or recorded telephone information and/or entertainment and/or similar services which are charged at a premium and which are defined as such in the Code;

The Customer shall not (and shall procure that no Beneficiary shall) advertise, promote or provide any Premium Rate Service before Redcentric has given its written consent to the Customer providing the relevant Premium Rate Service (and the parties agree that such consent may be subject to such conditions as Redcentric requires).
That charge will be 2 cents per Call and will apply to each Call to an Access Seeker Premium Rate Service that is chargeable to the Calling Party.
