Examples of Fixed Rate Security in a sentence
Each Fixed Rate Security bears interest on its outstanding nominal amount from and including the Interest Commencement Date either (i) at the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) equal to the Rate of Interest or (ii) in an Interest Amount, such interest being payable in arrear on each Interest Payment Date.
Each Fixed Rate Security bears interest on its outstanding nominal amount from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date at the rate(s) per annum equal to the Rate(s) of Interest.
