Prepaid Calling Cards definition

Prepaid Calling Cards means all cards sold or distributed by Sellers prior to the Closing Date entitling the holder of such card to make local, long distance or international telephone calls having an aggregate duration not in excess of a pre-existing amount of calling time (without further payment), but excluding any such cards first activated (or last recharged in the case of cards for which a recharge was purchased) earlier than two years prior to the Closing Date.

A post-paid calling service includes a telecommunications service, except a prepaid wireless calling service, that would be a prepaid calling service except it is not exclusively a telecommunications service.

  • Billing cycle or billing period means the period for which regular electricity bills as specified by the Commission, are prepared for different categories of consumers by the licensee;

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Local Calling Area is a geographically defined area as established by the effective tariffs of CenturyLink as approved by the Commission.

  • Customer Deposits means deposits made by customers with respect to the purchase of goods or the performance of services.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
