Prepetition Liens definition

Prepetition Liens means the Liens and continuing pledges and security interests in the Prepetition Collateral granted by the Borrower to and/or for the benefit of the Prepetition Agent and Prepetition Lenders to secure the Prepetition Indebtedness.

Prepetition Liens means the first priority liens and security interests granted to the Prepetition Agent for the benefit of the Prepetition Lenders by certain of the Prepetition Loan Documents to secure the Prepetition Obligations to the Prepetition Lenders.

Prepetition Liens shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.1(b).

Examples of Prepetition Liens in a sentence

• The Primed Liens shall be primed by and made subject and subordinate to the Carve Out and the Priming Liens, but the Priming Liens shall not prime Liens, if any, to which the Prepetition Liens are subject to on the Petition Date (other than Liens which are themselves Prepetition Liens).

• The Prepetition Liens against, on and in the Prepetition Collateral shall continue to attach to the Cash Collateral irrespective of the commingling of the Cash Collateral with other cash of the Debtors.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Prior Liens shall not include, or be deemed to include, any or all of the Prepetition Liens or Adequate Protection Liens (as defined in paragraph 6 below).
