Prepetition Term Loan definition

Prepetition Term Loan means the Term Loans (as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement) under the Prepetition Credit Agreement.
Prepetition Term Loan that certain Term Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of June 14, 2007 (as amended, supplement or modified and in effect as of the Filing Date), among Borrower, the Prepetition Agent and the lenders from time to time party thereto.
