Present Territory. All counties, towns and cities in North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Ohio, Texas, Delaware, Indiana, New Jersey, Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois, Michigan, Kansas, Iowa, New York, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico and Maine.

Present Territory means all counties, towns and cities in the following areas where the Company does business: North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Ohio, Texas, Delaware, Indiana, New Jersey, Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois, Michigan, Kansas, Iowa, New York, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Maine, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and the District of Columbia.

Related to Present Territory

  • Relevant Territory means Hong Kong or such other territory as the Directors may from time to time decide if the issued ordinary share capital of the Company is listed on a stock exchange in such territory;

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Sales territory means an area of exclusive sales responsibility for the brand or brands of beer sold by a supplier as designated by an agreement.

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Companion Diagnostic means a device which is essential for the safe and effective use of a corresponding medicinal product to:

  • Exclusive Territory means (1) the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana; and

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Geographic Territory shall include any territory formally assigned to Employee as well as all territories in which Employee has provided any services, sold any products or otherwise had responsibility at any time during the eighteen (18) month period preceding Employee’s date of separation;

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Clinical Studies means any clinical studies of a Licensed Product conducted on humans.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Field means all fields of use.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
