Presenting a risk definition
Presenting a risk means having the potential to affect adversely human, animal or plant health, safety or the environment to a degree which goes beyond that considered reasonable and acceptable in relation to the intended purpose or under the normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use;
Presenting a risk means that products subject to this Regulation pose a risk against the health and safety of persons, where appropriate, domestic animals and property and, where applicable, the environment;

(3) ‘substance’ means a substance within the meaning of Article 3(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006;
(4) ‘mixture’ means a mixture within the meaning of Article 3(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006;
(5) micro-organism' means a micro-organism within the meaning of Article 3(15) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009;
