Preservation Power definition

Preservation Power. (or “PP”) consists of 490 megawatts (“MW”) of firm hydroelectric power and associated energy produced by the Authority’s St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-FDR Power Project.

Examples of Preservation Power in a sentence

  • The Contract Demand will be the amount of Preservation Power, not to exceed the Allocation, provided by the Authority to the Customer in accordance with the Agreement.

  • If the average of the Customer’s six (6) highest Billing Demands (as such term is described in the Service Tariff) for Preservation Power is less than 90% of the Customer’s Contract Demand in such calendar year the Authority may reduce the Contract Demand subject to in accordance with the procedures provide in Section III.5 of this Schedule.
