Pretrial detainee definition

Pretrial detainee means a person who is being held in the custody of a county jail, and whom a court has ordered to undergo an outpatient evaluation in the county jail, an inpatient evaluation at CMHIP, or restorative treatment at CMHIP. Persons serving a sentence in the Department of Corrections, juveniles, and persons on bond are excluded from the Agreement.
Pretrial detainee means a person who is being held in the custody of a County Jail and whom a court has ordered to undergo Competency Services. Persons serving a sentence in the Department of Corrections and juveniles are excluded from this Consent Decree.

  • Juvenile means any person defined as a juvenile in any member state or by the rules of the Interstate Commission, including:
