Priced Lives definition

Priced Lives means all Plan Participants and Plan Beneficiaries who are referenced by Schedule 1.01(g). [ * * * ]

  • Average active subscriber base means the number arrived by averaging the active subscriber base count in the manner specified in the Schedule VII of the Regulation.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event.   • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.

  • Exercise Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Exercise Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non-waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable.   • Capitalization Reimbursement Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.10(a)(vii), plus the Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount remaining unreimbursed from any prior Distribution Date and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Annuity Starting Date means, with respect to any Participant, the first day of the first period for which an amount is paid as an annuity, or, in the case of a benefit not payable in the form of an annuity, the first day on which all events have occurred which entitles the Participant to such benefit.
