Examples of Pricing Error in a sentence
If Subadviser fails to communicate a Fair Valuation Event within the timeline outlined in this Section 2(h) of this Agreement that directly results in the Fund having a “material pricing error” (as defined in the Trusts’ Pricing Error Policy), Subadviser shall be responsible for any resulting loss incurred by the Trust as a result of a late reported (or non-reported) Fair Valuation Event.
The Company and the Trust agree that Xxxxx Xxxxx Pricing Error Procedures shall govern.
The contract is binding on both parties except for instances of a Pricing Error.
