Net Smelter Return means the aggregate proceeds received by the Optionee from time to time from any smelter or other purchaser from the sale of any ores, concentrates, metals or any other material of commercial value produced by and from the Property after deducting from such proceeds the following charges only to the extent that they are not deducted by the smelter or other purchaser in computing the proceeds:
Copper Loop is a stand-alone local loop comprised entirely of copper wire or cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade copper Loops, digital copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and integrated services digital network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the copper Loops are in service or held as spares. The copper Loop includes attached electronics using time division multiplexing technology, but does not include packet switching capabilities.
Minerals means any and all ores (and concentrates derived therefrom) and minerals, precious and base, metallic and nonmetallic, in, on or under the Property which may lawfully be explored for, mined and sold.
smelter means an electrolytic reduction plant for the conversion of alumina to aluminium using alumina produced from bauxite;
Net Smelter Returns means the gross proceeds received by the Purchaser in any year from the sale of Product from the mining operation on the Property, less successively:
(i) the cost of transportation of such Product to a smelter or other place of treatment, and
(ii) smelter and treatment charges;
High Quality Short-Term Debt Instruments means any instrument that has a maturity at issuance of less that 366 days and that is rated in one of the two highest rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization.
Other Minerals means sulphur, lignite, coal, uranium, thorium, iron, geothermal steam, water, carbon dioxide, helium and all other minerals, ores or substances of value whether or not generally produced from a wellbore in conjunction with the production of oil and gas.
concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;
Biodiesel blend means a fuel comprised of a blend of biodiesel fuel with petroleum-based diesel fuel, suitable for use as a fuel in a compression-ignition internal combustion diesel engine.
Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.
High Quality Short-Term Debt Instrument means any instrument having a maturity at issuance of less than 366 days and which is rated in one of the highest two rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Agency (Moody’s and S&P).
Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.
Refiner means any person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a refinery.
Heat input means the product (expressed in mmBtu/time) of the gross calorific value of the fuel (expressed in Btu/lb) and the fuel feed rate into the combustion device (expressed in mass of fuel/time) and does not include the heat derived from preheated combustion air, recirculated flue gases, or ex- haust from other sources.
Gold means elemental gold having an atomic weight of 196.967 and the chemical element symbol of Au, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.
Natural uranium means uranium with the naturally occurring distribution of uranium isotopes, which is approximately 0.711 weight percent uranium-235, and the remainder by weight essentially uranium-238.
Contract feeder means a person who as an independent contractor, feeds commercial feed to animals pursuant to a contract whereby such commercial feed is supplied, furnished or otherwise provided to such person and whereby such person’s remuneration is determined all or in part by feed consumption, mortality, profits or amount or quality of product.
gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.
Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.
Mining Xxx 0000 means (unless the context otherwise requires) the Mining Xxx 0000 and the amendments thereto and the regulations made thereunder as in force on 31st December, 1981;
Mineral means gas, oil, and coal; other gaseous, liquid, and solid hydrocarbons; oil shale; cement material; sand and gravel; road material; building stone; chemical raw material; gemstone; fissionable and nonfissionable ores; colloidal and other clays; steam and other geothermal resources; and any other substance defined as a mineral by a law of this state.
Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.
Bidders from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means:
Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;
Oil and gas means petroleum, natural gas and other related hydrocarbons or minerals or any of them and all other substances produced or extracted in association therewith.
NSR means net smelter return.
