Minerals definition

Minerals means any and all ores (and concentrates derived therefrom) and minerals, precious and base, metallic and nonmetallic, in, on or under the Property which may lawfully be explored for, mined and sold.

Minerals means mineral or minerals as defined in The Mines Act 1952.

Minerals means Oil, Gas and Gas Liquids.

Minerals means precious and base metals and other non-living, naturally occurring substances, whether solid, liquid or gaseous, and includes coal, Petroleum and Specified Substances.

Minerals includes minerals processed or partly processed under this Agreement; and

Minerals as used herein shall include, without limitation, oil, gas, casinghead gas, coal, lignite, hydrocarbons, methane, carbon dioxide, helium, uranium and all other natural elements, compounds and substances, including sand and gravel.
