Primary Education Contribution definition

Primary Education Contribution means the sum (Index Linked (PUBSEC)) calculated in accordance with the following formula: (A x W) + (B x X) + (C x Y) + (D x Z) When A is the number of 1 bedroomed units B is the number of 2 bedroomed units C is the number of 3 bedroomed units D is the number of 4 bedroomed units and W is £0.00 X is the sum stated in the Inspectors Decision Letter between the sum of £2,548.33 (two thousand and five hundred and forty eight pounds and thirty three pence) and £3,555.11 (three thousand five hundred and fifty five pounds and eleven pence) Y is the sum stated in the Inspectors Decision Letter between the sum of £5,846.17 (five thousand and eight hundred and forty six pounds and seventeen pence) and £8,155.85 (eight thousand and one hundred and fifty five pounds and eighty five pence) Z is the sum stated in the Inspectors Decision Letter between the sum of £7,644.99 (seven thousand and six hundred and forty four pounds and ninety nine pence) and £10,665.34 (ten thousand and six hundred and sixty five pounds and thirty four pence) to be used by the County Council towards the provision of a new primary school at the North West Bicester Development to serve the residents of the Development
Primary Education Contribution means the sum of [ ] (Index Linked) which shall be applied towards the cost of primary education facilities serving the locality of the Development;
Primary Education Contribution means the sum calculated in accordance with the table at [Schedule X] (indexed linked as hereinafter provided) towards the cost of [insert details of specific infrastructure project];

Examples of Primary Education Contribution in a sentence

  • The Primary Education Contribution, Primary Education Transport Contribution, Early Years Education Contribution and Secondary Education Transport Contribution referred to as payable to the County Council under this Deed shall be Index Linked.

  • The Council shall be obliged to utilise the Primary Education Contribution for the purposes of addressing capacity issues at [narrate school/project from Developers Obligations Assessment ] school or such other primary educational facilities for which the Council is able to demonstrate reasonable justification and which will serve the residents of the Development.

  • Hill and the Council have agreed that, in line with the Council’s adopted SPD, this will be reduced to 2.5% of the total contributions in the event that the Primary Education Contribution ceases to have effect pursuant to the blue pencil clause.


More Definitions of Primary Education Contribution

Primary Education Contribution means the sum of up to £594,732 to be calculated against the number of Dwellings constructed in accordance with the requirements of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to this Deed to be paid to the County Council for the purposes of constructing a new primary school at Woolpit;
