Primary Foreign Slots definition

Primary Foreign Slots means the Foreign Slots set forth on Schedule 1.01(b), as such Schedule may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 5.14(c) or Section 5.20(b).

• The Borrower is utilizing the Primary Foreign Slots in a manner consistent with applicable regulations, foreign laws and contracts in order to preserve its right to hold and operate the Primary Foreign Slots.
