Primary Foreign Slots definition

Primary Foreign Slots means the Foreign Slots set forth on Schedule 1.01(b), as such Schedule may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 5.14(c) or Section 5.20(b).
Primary Foreign Slots means the Foreign Slots set forth on Schedule 1.01(b), as such Schedule may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 5.13(c).

More Definitions of Primary Foreign Slots

Primary Foreign Slots means the Foreign Slots set forth on Schedule 1.1(a), as may be amended from time to time at the request of the Agent pursuant to Section 6.19(b).

Related to Primary Foreign Slots

  • Designated Foreign Subsidiaries means all members of the Company Group that are organized under the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than the United States of America that may be designated by the Board or the Committee from time to time.

  • Approved Foreign Bank has the meaning specified in the definition of “Cash Equivalents.”
