Foreign Sub-Custodian definition

Foreign Sub-Custodian means a foreign banking institution serving as an Eligible Foreign Custodian.

More Definitions of Foreign Sub-Custodian

Foreign Sub-Custodian means a foreign banking institution qualifying as an Eligible Foreign Custodian (as defined in Section (a)(1) of Rule 17f-5 promulgated under the 0000 Xxx) that has been selected by the Custodian and is listed on Schedule A annexed hereto, as amended from time to time pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof.
Foreign Sub-Custodian means and includes (i) any branch of a “U.S. Bank,” as that term is defined in Rule 17f-5 under the 1940 Act, (ii) any “Eligible Foreign Custodian,” as that term is defined in Rule 17f-5 under the 1940 Act, having a contract with the Custodian in accordance with Section 6.6, which the Custodian has determined will provide reasonable care of assets of the Company based on the standards specified in Section 6.7 below.
Foreign Sub-Custodian has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8(B)(i).
Foreign Sub-Custodian means and includes any sub-custodian appointed to administer any of the Company’s Foreign Securities, pursuant to Section 6 below.
Foreign Sub-Custodian means either (a) Chase (with respect to the Chase Foreign Assets) or (b) a foreign banking institution serving as an Eligible Foreign Custodian (with respect to the Non-Chase Foreign Assets), as the case may be.
Foreign Sub-Custodian. The term Foreign Sub-Custodian shall mean "Eligible Foreign Sub-Custodian" as that term is defined in Rule 17f-5 under the Act.
