Tier definition

Tier means a group of Channels for which a single periodic subscription fee is charged.
Tier means a grouping of inpatient hospital services into levels of care based on diagnosis, procedure, or revenue codes, peer group, NICU classification level, or any combination of these items.
Tier means the Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 CO2 Rate as set forth in the Table of Rates, Tolls and Charges.

More Definitions of Tier

Tier means the level at which an Eligible Individual is identified immediately prior to the Eligible Individual’s termination of employment (without regard to any reduction in such Tier that constitutes Good Reason).
Tier means an “Executive Tier” used for purposes of determining the level of severance benefits an Eligible Executive is eligible to receive. Each Eligible Executive shall be designated by the Committee as a Tier 1 Executive or a Tier 2 Executive.
