Primary KO Distributor definition

Primary KO Distributor means a KO Distributor holding the exclusive right to distribute (or that otherwise is the primary distributor of) Coca-Cola brand products in an applicable territory. “Approved Change of Control” means any change of control of Distributor or sale of all or substantially all of Distributor’s assets that is consented to by MEC or for which MEC’s consent is not required hereunder.
