Primary Occupant definition

Primary Occupant means a natural person approved for occupancy of a unit when title to the unit is held in the name of two or more persons who are not husband and wife, or by a trustee or a corporation or other entity which is not a natural person.
Primary Occupant means the natural person approved for occupancy of a Home or Unit when title thereto is held in the name of two or more persons who are not husband and wife, or by a trustee or a corporation or other entity which is not a natural person. When used in reference to a Home or Unit owned in one of the forms listed above, the term "primary occupant" shall be synonymous with the term "Owner".
