Primary Workstation definition

Primary Workstation means the location the employee is considered to report to for work and designated as such by the employing agency per the State Accounting Office Statewide Travel Policy. The primary workstation may be the conventional worksite or the alternative workplace.
Primary Workstation means the building or facility the State Employee is assigned to work or, if regularly performing tasks in the field or at multiple locations, the Primary Workstation is where the State Employee is required to initially report for work at the start of their day. Examples of Primary Workstation in a sentence

  • Commuting miles is defined as the actual mileage travelled by the Traveler between their Residence and Primary Workstation (See Appendix D for definitions).

  • Transportation costs incurred for Commuting between an Employee's Residence and any Primary Workstation are not reimbursable.When the cost of traveling from an Employee Residence to a Field Location, or from a Field Location to the Employee Residence, exceeds the cost of traveling between the Employee Residence and any Primary Workstation, the agency may pay for Public Mass Transit costs in excess of their normal Commuting costs.

  • If a Traveler’s travel begins or ends at their Primary Workstation AND they are not attempting to claim their Commuting Miles between Residence and Workstation or vice verse, then Commuting Miles would not be deducted.

  • Employees may have more than one Primary Workstation if they have permanent assignments in more than one location.

  • Any potential determination as to what comprises a “conference” at the Official Primary Workstation should first be subjected to certain validation criteria before meal reimbursement will be considered.

  • Reimbursement is not typically allowed for meal expenses at an employee’s Official Primary Workstation (See D.3.d above) However, with approval of the department chairperson/director and with proper documentation, it is permissible for employees to be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals incurred while attending conferences or conventions at their Official Primary Workstation in connection with their University responsibilities.

  • State Employees with a Disability may not use free Parking spaces designated for Visitors with disabilities at the State Employee’s Official Workstation or Primary Workstation.

  • Reimbursement for meals at the Official Primary Workstation is not allowed for informal meetings (i.e. over a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner) between staff members of a department or other department; state or federal employees; and/or state employees and legislators.

  • If an individual has multiple Primary Workstations, all distances are measured from the Primary Workstation closest to the travel destination.Program: One or multiple Projects administered by a Provider designed to provide services directed at a target audience or customer.Project: An individual or collaborative initiative that is carefully planned and designed to achieve a particular aim.

  • Workstation means the area within a procedure area where a practitioner performs body art. The workstation includes, but is not limited to, the client chair or table, counter, mayo stand, instrument tray, storage drawer, and practitioner's chair.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.

  • Installer means an employee engaged in the fitting, fixing and installing of blinds of all types including venetian blinds, and awnings,

  • Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.
