Prime Jumbo Mortgage Loan definition

Prime Jumbo Mortgage Loan means a mortgage loan that generally conforms to GSE underwriting guidelines, except that the mortgage balance exceeds the statutory conforming limit for a GSE mortgage loan.
Prime Jumbo Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan where the original outstanding principal amount of such Mortgage Loan exceeds the eligibility limits for purchases by Xxxxxxx Mac or Xxxxxx Xxx, but which otherwise would be eligible to be sold to Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac.
