Prime Proposer definition

Prime Proposer means any person (natural or juristic) who forwards an acceptable proposal in response to this RFP with the intention of being the main supplier should the proposal be awarded to him/her.

Examples of Prime Proposer in a sentence

  • A Prime Proposer or JV Partner cannot participate in more than one interview.

  • Proposer must clearly demonstrate that the Prime Proposer (or JV Partners), and all subcontractors meet all the minimum qualification requirements outlined in Section 4, Minimum Qualifications.

Related to Prime Proposer

  • Proposer means a contractor that submits a response to a request for proposal, request for bid, or request for quotation.

  • Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.

  • Price Proposal means the price offer included in the Proposal submitted by a Proposer as set forth on the forms requested in Exhibit C-2 of the ITP.

  • Project Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Alternative Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).
