Prime Team Member means an individual or entity that:

Each Prime Team Member of any Proponent is required to provide a certificate of an officer from such Prime Team Member in the form attached as FORM C-4 – Certificate of Officer of Schedule C.
Each Prime Team Member of any Proponent is required to provide a letter substantially in the form attached as FORM C-5 – Accounting Firm Letter of Schedule C – Prequalification Submission Forms from a reputable, international professional accounting and advisory firm with expertise in forensic reviews dated no earlier than two years prior to the RFQ Submission Deadline.
Proposers may include the experience of any Prime Team Member on such forms.
Unless permitted by the Owner in its sole and absolute discretion or permitted as a Shared Use Person, the following may only participate as a member of one Proponent Team: ▪ a Prime Team Member; ▪ a Key Individual; and ▪ the Affiliated Persons of a Prime Team Member or a Key Individual.
Provide a list and a brief description of all instances during the last five years involving projects in which the Respondent (or any other organization that is under common ownership with the Respondent) or any Prime Team Member was (i) determined, pursuant to a final determination in a court of law, arbitration proceedings or other dispute resolution proceeding, to be liable for a material breach of contract or (ii) terminated for cause.

Prime Team Member means any entity that is a member of a Proponent team that is (or is an Affiliate of) an entity that is registered as a telecommunications service provider with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission;

Prime Team Member means a Person or firm expected to have or undertake 10% or more of the Project or equity in a Proponent;

Prime Team Member means any Proponent Team Member that: (i) is the Proponent Lead;

Prime Team Member means an entity that: (i) is the proposed Applicant Lead; (ii) is proposed to have a risk capital interest of at least 10% in Project Co.; (iii) is proposed to undertake at least 25% of the construction work based on total estimated construction costs of the Project; (iv) is proposed to play the lead design role for the Project; (v) is proposed to undertake at least 25% of the facilities management work based on total estimated facilities management costs of the Project; (vi) is proposed to provide any of the financial advisory services; or (vii) has been put forward by the Applicant as a proposed Prime Team Member providing a critical or material portion of the Project.

Prime Team Member means an individual or entity that: (i) has or will have a risk capital interest of at least ten percent (10%) in the Proponent; (ii) will undertake at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the construction work based on total construction costs of the Project; (iii) will have the responsibility for twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the cost of facilities management of the Facility; (iv) is a risk capital funder; or (v) has been put forward by the Proponent to meet the evaluation criteria relating to construction capability, project development capability or facilities management capability as set out in the RFP.

Prime Team Member means a Proponent Team Member identified in the Prequalification Submission as being a “Prime Team Member”;
