Proponent Team Member definition

Proponent Team Member means a member of a Proponent Team, in each case as Changed from time to time in accordance with and subject to the Change Process.

Proponent Team Member means any member of a Proponent Team.

• The Sponsors and the Government of Ontario shall not be liable for any expense, cost, loss or damage incurred or suffered by any Proponent, any Proponent Team Member, any Proponent Advisor, or any person connected with any one of them, as a result of any action taken by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Sections 10.1 or 10.2.

• BLDC shall have the following rights in its discretion with respect to any Team Member or Key Individual(s) as applicable and in each case without incurring any liability for costs and damages incurred by any Proponent, Team Member, or Key Individual.

More Definitions of Proponent Team Member

Proponent Team Member means a member of a prospective Proponent Team as identified in the Proposal and as may be changed pursuant to this RFP and where appropriate includes any prospective Proponent Team Member.

Proponent Team Member means a member of a Proponent Team as identified in the Proponents RFQ Response and as may have been changed pursuant to the RFQ or as may be changed pursuant to this RFP.

Proponent Team Member means (1) a member of a Prequalified Party’s team identified as a “Prime Team Member” in its Prequalification Submission and (2) upon successful qualification pursuant to RFP Section3.14, the Signalling Provider identified by the Proponent in its Signalling Provider Submission;

Proponent Team Member means a member of a Proponent Team as identified in the Proponent’s RFQ Response and as may have been changed pursuant to the RFQ or as may be changed pursuant to this RFP. “Proposal” means the Technical Submittal, and the Financial Submittal submitted by a Proponent in accordance with this RFP. “Proposal Validity Period” has the meaning set out in Section 3.7.5. “Province” means His Majesty the King in right of the Province of British Columbia as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure. “Qualification Response” has the meaning given to “Response” in the RFQ. “RFP Title” means “RFP - Highway 1 - 264th Street Interchange Project” as specified on the Summary of Key Information as it may be amended from time to time by the Province in accordance with this RFP.
