Principal Chief Engineer definition

Principal Chief Engineer means the officer in charge of the Engineering department, South Central Railway.
Principal Chief Engineer means the officer in the administrate charge of open line organization of Southern Railway and shall mean and include Principal Chief Engineer of Successor Railway.
