Examples of Principal Customer in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Principal agrees for itself and its affiliates and related parties that it will not engage in any action that will bypass, circumvent, avoid or obviate the Discloser, either directly or indirectly, to avoid the payment of fees, participation, equity or commissions to Discloser, whether by Principal, Customer or any other third party, in connection with any project, transaction or information introduced to Principal by the Discloser.
Products and Services may be delivered to the Approved Locations identified for Principal Customer and/or a Participant in Exhibit B to this Agreement, as specified in the applicable order.
If Customer fails to make any payment when due or to perform any obligation under this Agreement, BATO may, at its option and without waiving or limiting any of its other rights or remedies under this Agreement or at law (including, without limitation, imposition of late fees and interest charges), declare all of Customer’s indebtedness and obligations to BATO to be immediately due and payable and may immediately terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to the Principal Customer to that effect.
Any notice from BATO of changes to the Program Documents will be deemed to have been properly given when sent to the Principal Customer by e-mail or U.S. mail with first-class postage prepaid.
The Principal Customer may advise BATO from time to time of additions to or deletions from the list of Participants that are eligible to purchase Products and Services under the Agreement or the Approved Locations to which Products and Services may be delivered.
