Principal Executive Officers definition

Principal Executive Officers as used in this Agreement shall mean the Chairman of the Board of the Company, the other senior executive officers of the Company and/or its affiliated companies and such other officers of the Company as are designated by the Company's Board of Directors as "principal executive officers."
Principal Executive Officers mean the Service Provider’s or the Company’s President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.

  • Executive Officers means the Company's “executive officers” as defined in 12 C.F.R. § 215.2(e)(1) (regardless of whether or not such regulation is applicable to the Company).

  • Named Executive Officer or “NEO” means each of the following individuals:

  • Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO means an officer of the Company as defined in Section 2(18) of the Act;
