Specialty Principal Operator means any person employed as heavy duty mechanic, equipment repair welder, helicopter pilot or to operate equipment as follows: Boom tractors on setting-in, bending and cradling clean and wrap machines; Bending machines; Cleaning, doping and wrapping machines; Lubrication and Service Units; Stringing boom tractors; Cable operated clams, draglines and mormon boards; and all live draw works boom tractors.

If, at any time or for any reason, the Principal Operator no longer qualifies to act as such, you shall promptly designate another Principal Operator subject to the same qualifications listed above.
The Franchisor reserves the right to require that the Franchisee cause each of its officers, directors, partners, shareholders, and Principal Operator, and, if the Franchisee is an individual, immediate family members, to execute a Nondisclosure and Noncompetition Agreement containing the above restrictions, in a form approved by the Franchisor.
The hourly working dues shall be calculated at two percent (2%) of the Principal Operator hourly wage rate and shall be deducted from each employee covered by this Agreement for each hour for which wages are payable.
