Print Order definition

Print Order means an HBE generated document that authorizes a specific purchase transaction, and sets forth the descriptions, quantities, any special pricing and discounts, date of performance or shipment, and other associated special terms and conditions. When accepted by the seller, it becomes binding under the terms of the contract on both parties.
Print Order means the agreed upon number of copies of a specific issue of the Publication(s) to be printed by PUBLISHER and which DISTRIBUTOR has agreed to distribute.
