Prior Bond Resolution definition

Prior Bond Resolution means Resolution No. R98-47 adopted November 12, 1998, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time, including as amended and restated by Resolution No. R2009-15 adopted on September 10, 2009 and by Resolution No. R2012-14 adopted on June 28, 2012, and as further amended by Resolution No. R2012-15 adopted on July 23, 2015.
Prior Bond Resolution means Resolution No. 98-47 of the Board, as amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time, including as amended and restated by Resolution No. R2009-15 adopted on September 10, 2009, and by Resolution No. R2012-14 adopted on June 28, 2012, and as further amended by Resolution No. R 2012-15 adopted on July 23, 2015, and by Resolution No. R2016-34 adopted on November 29, 2016, and restated by Resolution No. R2016-35 adopted on November 29, 2016.
Prior Bond Resolution means the resolution adopted by the Governing Authority January 20, 1997, authorizing the issuance of $305,000 Water Revenue Bonds, Series 1997 and creating the Prior Bond Funds.
