Prior Quarter End definition

Prior Quarter End with respect to each change after the date hereof in the fiscal year of the Borrower, the fiscal quarter end of the Borrower that occurred immediately before the effective date of such change.
Prior Quarter End means, with respect to each change after the date hereof in the fiscal year of the Company, the fiscal quarter end of the Company that occurred immediately before the effective date of such change.
Prior Quarter End means the last day of the fiscal quarter of the Corporation on or immediately preceding the date for which a calculation of Excess Free Cash Flow is made.

  • Four Quarter Period has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.”
