Prior Transaction definition

Prior Transaction means a transaction concluded prior to the commencement of this Act that would otherwise fall within the scope of this Act; and
Prior Transaction means any transaction relating to the acquisition or disposition, directly or indirectly, by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries of any assets.
Prior Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(g).

Examples of Prior Transaction in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement as well as re-affirming the representations and warranties contained in the Prior Transaction Documents, the term "Transaction Documents" as used herein and therein shall mean the Prior Transaction Documents together with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Prior Transaction

Prior Transaction means the transactions entered into by the Parties and certain of their Affiliates in connection with the Share Purchase Agreement, dated July 21, 2000, by and between, among others, ITI and SBS.
