Prior Transaction definition

Prior Transaction means a transaction concluded prior to the commencement of this Act that would otherwise fall within the scope of this Act; and
Prior Transaction means any transaction relating to the acquisition or disposition, directly or indirectly, by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries of any assets.
Prior Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(g).

  • All of such representations and warranties shall survive the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Prior Transaction Documents and this Agreement.
