Priority Construction definition

Priority Construction means those construction activities discharging directly into, or immediately upstream of, waters the state recognized as unavailable condition for siltation or Exceptional Tennessee Waters.
Priority Construction means construction that occurs in a “priority area” as previously defined.
Priority Construction means construction that occurs in a “hot spot” as previously defined.
