Private Access Way definition

Private Access Way means any access to 1 or more lots or air spaces which is owned and maintained by an individual or group of individuals for reasons of neighborhood identification, control of access or special development nature, but constructed in accordance with adopted Improvement Standards (or other Town standards set forth in this Code).
Private Access Way means that part of the Community Property designated as a private access way on the Access Way Plan and being a private access way under Section 44 of the Development Act.
Private Access Way means a private access way set apart under section 46 of the Development Act.
